Which part of the lemon contains the most nutritious part?

So if you're going to eat a lemon, just eat the rind and the seeds and throw the rest away. Well, there's some vitamin C in the pith. The meat of that lemon, there's vitamin C in there. And it's kind of a trick question, because I didn't tell you what nutrients. Mainly the flavonoids. Flavonoids are a general term of over 6,000 to 8,000 to even more different molecules.

There's quite a few. And that's what lemons are known for, especially the little white part underneath the rind. This is why the best way to consume a lemon is to blend it versus just juicing it in the water. But you can still do that. You're going to get some nutrition, but you're going to get probably 10 times more if you blend the whole lemon. And I put a little trace minerals, or I might put a couple drops of stevia or a little couple blueberries. Drink that.

If you ever drink lemonade, sweet lemonade, you have to try this, blending a lemon and putting a couple drops, maybe 10 drops of stevia in there. I swear, this is like the totally acceptable version of lemonade that you can have, and I think you'd really enjoy it. If you don't want to blend it, just take the juice from it and add that stevia. It's a great alternative to the sweetened lemonade that so many people consume.
