Which supplement can help with my cataracts?

The NAC the C part carnosine is a great antioxidant too and it's something to help this glycation in the lens. But the N a part of it helps you deliver it into the eye because it might have a hard time getting in there. If there's a specific tissue, your lens of your eye that has a cataract in it that you want to address. I think that NAC probably would be best, but I did a whole video on it. I explained how to do it.

There's two types of NAC, you might get the wrong one. So you have to watch that video. I think I would use it. Especially if your cataracts aren't improving, I would try that. And of course, there's no guarantees, but it's worth a shot.

We want something to penetrate that lens to go right through easily and be very specific with breaking down that opaque it's usually related to some advanced glycated end product type something.
