Why am I experiencing stomach troubles on keto?

Are you feeling bloated, gassy, or nauseous? If so, ask yourself when you startedfeeling like this and what did you have right before this feeling?

Some culprits could be sugar alcohols, too much fiber (vegetable, inulin, corn fiber), too much MCT oil, not doing intermittent fasting, too many nuts, or too much cheese. You may have to cut back on the amounts that you are consuming or remove some foods from your diet completely.

You may also want to add apple cider vinegar, betaine hydrochloride, or purified bile salts to help with digestion and to help you better tolerate these food choices.
