Why chronic inflammation causes anemia?


Our body bacteria (good and bad) use iron to grow. When there is inflammation, your body tends to lock up iron as a protective mechanism in order to prevent bad bacteria from growing.


  • Do an intermittent fasting plan

  • Do periodic prolonged fasting

  • Consume a lot of vitamin D (at least 10,000 IU per day)

  • Consume omega-3 fatty acids

  • Avoid oils with omega-6 fatty acids
