Why curcumin is poorly absorbed?
Curcumin is the main polyphenol or phytonutrient in the spice turmeric.
Benefits of curcumin:
• It has powerful antioxidant properties
• It’s a powerful anti-inflammatory

• It may help with exercise recovery
