Why do fatty foods cause me to have diarrhea?

Maybe try different types of protein. See if you do better with shellfish or seafood. More eggs. And try to isolate what's the thing that's creating the most diarrhea. And then maybe adjust the fats. In addition to all that, I think I would beef up, no pun intended, your probiotics. Start taking probiotics. Because that eventually will kind of solve the ultimate problem of just keeping the stool at the correct consistency.
