Why is Potassium Citrate Used in the Electrolyte Powder Instead of the Potassium Chloride in the Electrolyte Capsules?

Potassium Citrate has been our preferred potassium since we introduced the Electrolyte Powder. After customers requested an unflavored electrolyte product, we developed our Electrolyte Capsules. Potassium chloride is used in our Electrolyte Capsules due to its higher amount of elemental potassium per gram than potassium citrate. Potassium chloride allows us to fit the optimal amount of potassium within a capsule's constraints.
