Why should I consume apple cider vinegar for weight loss on keto?

The reason apple cider vinegar works so well is that it contains acetic acid. Acetic acid in apple cider vinegar helps your body to absorb minerals, helps mobilize calcium, helps you digest protein better without the waste, and helps the immune system.

It also helps to improve blood sugars. It makes glucose more sensitive, thereby causing insulin to be produced less. If your body produces less insulin, then you burn more fat.

Far too many people have blood pH that is way too alkaline. Consuming apple cider vinegar changes your body’s pH because it is an acid, and even the slightest bit of change can cause major effects. The body’s pH is very important in the transportation of minerals, allowing enzymes to work, stimulating the thyroid, increasing the metabolism, etc.

The pH of acetic acid is 2.5, very acidic, just like stomach acid.
