Why would blood pressure drop all of a sudden?

A sudden drop in blood pressure can be caused by various factors. It may occur if you've reduced your salt intake or if your adrenals are weak. Weak adrenal glands can sometimes cause blood pressure to drop when you stand up quickly—a test called Raglan's Test can help assess adrenal function in such cases. Other potential reasons for low blood pressure include inadequate fluid intake or insufficient salt consumption. Increasing fluid intake and adding sea salt to your diet can help stabilize blood pressure levels.
